148: Jesus Speaks to the Churches of Asia Minor - Part 2

When Jesus reveals himself to the churches in Thyatira and Sardis, we learn much about the Christology of the Book of Revelation. This episode explores how Jesus presents himself to these two Christian communities. We pay special attention to how Jesus frames himself in light of the history and social setting of these cities. Furthermore, we note how Jesus still has a God, who is the Father of Jesus.
